Who's responsible for your personal information
Arthur, the owner of Condo Propre, is responsible for protecting your personal information. You can reach him at bonjour@condopropre.ca.
What we collect and why
When you use the estimator or booking form, text us or call, we collect your name, phone number, email if you provide it, condo address and any message you leave. Your information is used only to respond to your request and plan your clean: confirm the time, send your cleaner to the right address and reach you if needed.
Where your information goes
Each request is sent by Telegram message to the owner, who schedules your clean. If confirmation texts are enabled, your phone number also goes through Twilio for that message only. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser and page visited) to keep the site secure and running smoothly.
How long we keep it
Your information is kept for 12 months after your last clean, then deleted.
No selling your information or marketing without consent
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. You won't receive marketing messages from us without your explicit consent.
Your rights
You can access the information we hold about you, have it corrected if it's inaccurate and withdraw your consent to its use at any time. To exercise these rights, email bonjour@condopropre.ca or call 438 000-0000. We'll respond within a reasonable time, in accordance with Law 25.
