No. We bring products, cloths and a vacuum. Prefer your own products? Leave them on the counter and we'll use them.
What if you have a cat or dog?
No problem. Tell us their name and whether any doors need to stay closed during your clean.
How do we get in if you're out?
Share your lobby and door codes, or leave a key with your concierge. Access details are kept in a private notebook and deleted as soon as you stop the service.
What if you need to cancel?
Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead. With less notice, there's a $40 charge for the time reserved for you.
Are we insured?
Yes. Condo Propre carries liability insurance covering cleans you book through the site or by text.
Is the income declared?
Yes. Cash or Interac, every clean is invoiced and declared.
Who comes to your home?
